Industrial hard chrome plating
Hard chrome plating launched our business in 1971.
Although our plating business has expanded into aerospace, we still remain true to our roots. We continue to repair used components by plating in all industries.
Industrial hard chrome plating is a process by which chromium is deposited to a base metal resulting in an extremely hard surface that is both wear and corrosion resistant. It is a method of reclaiming worn or damaged parts or extending the life of new parts.
Virtually all industries can make use of the characteristics of hard chrome plating: construction, fishing, forestry, mining, manufacturing, resource exploration, rail, shipping and others.
Atlantic Hardchrome provides the most comprehensive plating facility in Atlantic Canada.
